Delivery, returns and privacy

The hardware shop is being prepared. Online purchasing has not launched.

Delivery area

Mainland England and Wales only. Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and offshore islands are excluded. Border and unusual postcodes may need a manual eligibility check.

Delivery choices

• Standard delivery (2–3 working days): £11.99 including VAT
• Next working day: £23.99 including VAT
• Next working day before noon: £35.99 including VAT

Delivery dates depend on confirmed stock and dispatch. Orders above 10 kg require an agreed quote before payment. Current checkout offers one Bond Bridge Pro per order.

Hardware and software

Hardware purchases do not include a Crestron Home driver licence unless explicitly stated. Driver purchases remain in the separate iteQ Living driver shop.

Order privacy

The shop uses a basket session cookie. Guest orders store your email, delivery details and order contents for processing, payment confirmation and fulfilment. Stripe processes payment details; the shop does not collect card numbers. Your email includes a private link to your order status. Keep this link private.

The final hardware terms, cancellation and returns policy, retention details and dispatch commitments will be published before live purchasing opens.
